Certifications and Partners

Imballaggi Alimentari has obtained the BRCGS - Storage and Distributions certification,for its own production site storage and distribution platform, issued by the DNV certifying body.

The standard is recognize globally, that defines the requirements for the storage, distribution and marketing of packaging materials.


The FSC® brand identifies products containing wood from forests managed correctly and responsibly according to rigorous environmental, social and economic standards. The certification was issued by the CSQA certifying body.



Our company has chosen to be certified for the PEFC Chain of Custody to recognize the right value for the selected raw material. The PEFC certification gives our products the added value of protecting ecosystems and having a lower impact on the environment, thanks to the controlled origin of our raw materials. The certification was issued by the CSQA certifying body.


Thanks to OK COMPOST INDUSTRIAL certification Issued by TUV AUSTRIA institution, the products can be thrown in the organic bin. Organic wasten are taken in anaerobic composting plants where products start the disintegration process. This process need about 90 days to obtain BIOGAS and COMPOST from products.

Thanks to OK COMPOST HOME certification issued by TUV AUSTRIA institution, the products can be also thrown in domestic composter, thus creating compost useful as a fertilizer. Pulp Cellulose products and Shoppers have got this certification.

The MID certification issued by KIWA CERMET certifies the veracity of the volumetric capacity indicated by the filling line on the cups. Certification for the use of the MID mark on our products is supported by the certificate N. MID_108_D1_1

Thanks to the ATICELCA office it is now possible to recycle not only single paper material but also plastic and bioplastic coated paper. All our paper and cellulose pulp products have the license to use the ATICELCA logo which allows the disposal of products in the paper bin.


Re-Maxigel, the latest innovation from Imballaggi Alimentari, has obtained the REMADE IN ITALY® certification, thanks to the BUREAU VERITAS certification body . ReMade in Italy is the first product certification accredited in Italy and Europe for the verification of the content of recycled material. It combines respect for the environment with the concept of Made in Italy.

Ecogel reports the INGEO logo because it is the result of a collaboration with NatureWorks LLC., which is the world's leading producer of Biopolymer derived from cornstarch. INGEO is the logo that helps the consumer to recognize a product that uses the raw material of NaturWorks LLC.
